Fiber-reinforced industrial self-leveling mortar
High-performance self-leveling polymeric technical screed in a thin layer with thicknesses from 5 to 30 mm for renovation andleveling of industrial flooring and parking lots that require demanding planimetry and high resistance tomoderate traffic or intense. Thanks to its self-leveling power, it allows you to obtain surfaces with high flatness and a very fine finish, ideal for finishing with resin coatings and with high productivity as it is suitable for pumping. It allows quick commissioning both to cover and to open to traffic as it is made ofsetting and quick drying, in addition to high resistance to cracking due to retraction compared to a conventional self-leveling device as it is retraction compensated.

Scope of Use:
- Respect the mixing water according to the technical sheet.
- Use temperature, between 10 and 30ºC.
- During application, avoid drafts and direct sunlight on the material.
- Keep the application area ventilated to promote drying of the product.
- Tools can be cleaned with water immediately after use. The hardened material has to be removed mechanically.
- Product drying may be affected by existing temperature and humidity conditions.
- To obtain pavements with very good planimetry, the use of laser will be required to take the dimensions.
- In the case of large surfaces or high thickness, it must be pumped in sections based on the thickness, depending on the capacity of the mixing pump and the layer thickness required. Larger areas can be temporarily divided by delimiters. Likewise, in case of very high thicknesses it is advisable to make cuts every approx. 50m2.
- Do not apply on exterior floors. In this case, use weberfloor light structural, weberfloor firm or weberfloor 4630 industry lit.
