Scope of Use:
- Prior to application, repair degraded areas and fill the concrete voids with weberep hormiplus neo or weberep hormitec express
- New concrete must be stabilized (28 days)
- Always treat singular points (angles, corners,...) with waterproofing strips, weberdry imperbanda or with half-rounds made with weberep hormiplus neo or weberep hormitec express
- Always apply on perfectly smooth and planimetric supports.
- Application thickness: minimum 2 mm in two layers (1 to 2 mm per layer).
- Waiting time between coats: 4 hours.
- Waiting time to coat: 24 - 48 hours.
- Waiting time for immersion in water: 4 days.
- In drinking water tanks, fill and empty to guarantee the elimination of possible migrations of mortar and dust in the water.
- When coating with paint, check with the coating manufacturer for
compatibility with cement membrane - Compatible on tile supports in swimming pools.
- Application temperatures between 5 and 35 ºC.
- Do not apply on icy surfaces or surfaces at risk of frost within 24 hours after application, nor exposed to full sun or very hot.
- Do not apply on supports that are continuously oozing water.
